Brilliant service from PRS. Responsive from my first call (after discovering a suspected wasp’s nest in a dormer window). The options and costs were clearly explained and plenty of time taken to answer my questions on that first contact. There was good availability for booking a date quickly and we were kept up to date of when our technician would arrive. He was a really nice man, very personable, yet professional, explained what he was doing and what to expect. The whole experience has actually been great !! I’d recommend PRS without hesitation and would absolutely use the company again should the need arise. I believe my neighbour may be using their services very soon !

I have had a problem for few months with rat noise’s under my floor boards which is a horrendous sound. I had been trying of the counter rat poison which didn’t work. I admitted defeat and called in PRS (Lui) who came in no time and assessed the problem and found that rats were getting up through the drains. He put a valve (think that’s what you call it) on the drain to stop rats from getting in and he put poison under my kitchen cupboards. Over the weekend there was an awful smell. Today Lui, came back and straight away he knew a rat had died he pulled up the floorboards and yep rat had died he removed. It took two visits and he had solved the rodent problem. I cannot thank him enough and I will without doubt call him again if I have problems and 10000% recommend him to others he was brilliant. He’s prices are very good too. Thank Lui

Brilliant service from start to finish. Pest Control Services were quick to call us back after we left a message about a wasp nest on our allotment, and came to remove it within 2 hours. The technician let us know when he was on his way, arrived on time and he’d removed the nest within minutes! We really appreciated his efficiency, knowledge and friendliness. Can’t recommend PRS highly enough!

Rang this company on Monday and within 2 hours they were here to treat my wasp nest in the garden. Highly recommend, very polite man arrived completely cleared the nest for me and even moved a carpet that the wasp nest was in. Very friendly, respectful, true to his word & job was done.
