I don’t know what kind of training they get, but today I was dropping off my kids at the school and one of their technicians was behind my car while I was parking, when I finally parked one of my kids was getting out the car, then the technician got mad and started to use his honk, he had space to park behind me but seems he, couldn’t do it, So I decided to move my car a little forward. and once I get out the car with my other kid, she’s 3 y/o the technician started to cursing me, insulting me in front of my 10y/o kid and my 3y/o kid and of course many other kids and parents. There is no reason to use and inappropriate language in front of kids.

I have been using their services for 2 years. They provide great customer service from the receptionist to the servicers that come out to treat the home. They are super fast and courteous. I'm thankful to be able to use their services. Keep up the good work 👏
