Their member program is well worth it and there is zero reason not to. Sergio did a great job on our house and has helped us eliminate our pest problem. They are simply amazing. The price is very affordable and the service we get with that is simply awesome. I have called them multiple times for my requests like changing sticky pads and stuff, and it is very easy to get in touch with them and they will always come in and do the best job. This is where they truly showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. I reached out to their customer care team, and to my surprise, the owner, Mike, personally gave me a call. He was patient, listened to my concerns, and assured me he would take care of everything. Today, Mike came to our home himself and was incredibly thorough. He didn't just rush through a treatment; he spent a significant amount of time inspecting every corner of the house, patiently showing me exactly where the problems were originating and explaining the solutions he was implementing. He treated every single area meticulously and explained how the treatment would work over time. What impressed me most was his dedication. He promised to personally follow up in a few days to make sure the problem is solved. He also gave us some great, practical advice on non-pesticide ways to prevent future bug issues. It’s rare to find this level of personal attention and expertise. I love that they are a local, family-owned business that clearly cares about their customers and their employees—exactly the kind of company I am proud to support. We heard what sounded like rats in our attic, I desperately reached out to Pest Solutions of North Texas to help us. They called right away to schedule and were out to our house quickly, which we very much appreciated! Sergio came out and was fantastic! He inspected the outside of our house and attic very diligently, found the exact spots we need to address to prevent rodent entry, answered all of our questions, and set traps and other necessities to remedy the issue. Instead of upselling/overcharging to fix the probable entry points, he recommended handy men that would be cheaper. We were very impressed by this and is part of the reason we will be customers of Pest Solutions of North Texas as long as we’re here! The cost of this service overall was extremely fair and reasonable.

Trey 3 is always super professional. He’s always prompt and attentive to my questions. He makes sure I understand the services and preventive necessities to keep the Texas critters away.
