Everyone was super helpful and responsive. Daniel and Josh came out right on time, checked everything out, and got straight to work. I am editing this review bc the owner reached out for an explanation from me. While they never apologized or explained why their customer eportal wasn’t used, why two email accounts emailed me and why the old school phone call for CC info, I do appreciate them trying to figure out what occurred in my instance. My inspector Byron was also excellent, so I want to be fair to him. Still minus two stars for a shady customer service experience.

We have field mice where I live and Kevin came the other day to lay down some traps, he also sprayed because the bugs are coming out with the weather getting warmer. Kevin was so kind and friendly he is extremely thorough and makes sure the job is done efficiently which is so important. I have him coming every month for maintenance. I could tell Kevin truly cares about his clients and wants to do the best job for them. I have recommended him to all my friends. 10 out of 10!

Josh and Daniel came out to spray my house today and they were super thorough and informative. They gave me some tips on how to keep the pests out. I decided to do a subscription service with them so that they come out regularly. Unlike other companies, Pascal discounts your first visit if you do a monthly or bimonthly service with them. They also removed any cobwebs and took the time to listen to my concerns so that they can tackle those problem areas more aggressively. Highly recommend!

Look no further! Kevin and his team are absolutely the best in the business. I have used them on several properties and I find they really go the extra step to make sure it is done right. Very thorough. Plus they follow up. The rates are very competitive but the level of service and attention to detail is really unprecedented. No comparison. Very professional. I love when I find a good company and service is still important to them. I have never had an issue but I feel like if I did they would be on it immediately. Kevin is always telling me about different conferences he just attended, and new legislation being passed regarding the poisons and what’s allowed in trapping etc. in California. These guys are on it.
