Let me begin with that I am terrified of rats so it was overwhelming when heard rats in our attic and a pest control company confirmed that we had them. Although the pest control company was wonderful about trapping and disposing the rats, we knew we had to stop them from entering the attic. Sentient Pest Exclusion was the second company I called and I cannot say enough great things about our experience with this rodent exclusion company. From start to finish, Ralph and Serena provided exceptional customer service, making what was a stressful situation easy and manageable to handle. Ralph conducted a thorough inspection, and took photos to show us exactly where the rodents were getting in. He explained the process clearly and gave us confidence that they could resolve the issue. Unlike another company that quoted us almost four times the price, this team offered fair pricing without any upselling. Nick and Brad did the work and they were also very professional and hard working. The follow-up service was just as impressive. They ensured that all entry points were sealed, and when I called with a worry, Ralph came out again to inspect. Two weeks later, the attic is completely silent with no more scratching, no more anxiety! Serena was also fantastic in checking in and making sure we were satisfied. If you’re dealing with a rodent issue, don’t waste your time and money like we did (all companies charge a $125 fee for the initial inspection). This company is professional, effective, and truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

Ralph and team are amazing! Ralph came out a few years ago and spent a great deal of time looking for entry points and areas of opportunity for the pesky rodent noises we were hearing. He arrived on time, very prepared and did the most thorough inspection I have ever experienced. What makes him better than the rest (I too have used and unfortunately paid several bad companies beforehand) is Ralph's true willingness to help. He was honest and treated my problem like it was "his" problem. The problem has returned with new construction in the neighborhood and I'm looking forward to working with Sentient to attack the problem. If you are researching pest control... Sentient Pest Exclusion Services is an excellent company to work with. They are professional and quick to respond. When I called, they set a date for the inspection promptly and in a timely fashion. Ralph did the inspection, and told us what he found. He explained what he would do to get rid of the rodents in the attic. He was quick to provide us with an estimate describing in detail the work he would perform. After the work was done, showed us what and where the work was done. Follow up inspections were done as promised to assure us that the rodents were caught or gone. It was a pleasure to have this company to do the work. Jay, who performed the follow up inspections was professional, and explained or answered our questions. We talked with Serena by phone. She was always professional, and helpful. We wish larger companies would concentrate on providing such good service.

Ralph (the owner) was at my home 3 years ago because of a roof rat problem of many years (I literally trapped and killed about 65 rats over that period and had paid many extermination companies without success). Since Ralph completed the job in April 2019, NO MORE RATS until last month. He came back and spent a few hours to fix the problem-and again was successful. Now we can sleep again!
