Incredible experience - with PestMaster! I reached out to PestMaster after finding a few termites in our home. PestMaster answered the phone and we discussed options that they offered and we scheduled an inspection service first. Michael arrived on time as scheduled and he interviewed me as to what where and he proceeded with a very thorough inspection. He even checked under every window seal inside and out along with crawl spaces. He spent two hours examining our home. I promptly received a quotation that afternoon discussed with my wife that evening and we signed up for the service. The best part of the process and PestMaster's program is that Michael would be doing the installation and continuing with the service going forward! I highly recommend PestMaster of Asheville. Last year, I required a NC termite inspection report within a week in order to get VA approval for a home loan. I contacted PestMaster and Tiffany quickly understood my needs and scheduled the inspection within just a few days. Kevin arrived right on time for the appointment, expertly and efficiently completed the inspection, and quickly sent me the documentation I needed. Both Tiffany and Kevin demonstrated outstanding customer service - helpful, dependable and professional. I could not have had a better experience, and I will definitely use their services in the future.

They do excellent pest control our house. I have a lot of wooded areas and they do an amazing job , and also added mosquito service and it takes a couple of weeks, but now it is fantastic to be in the backyard and not get eaten up with mosquitos. Highly recommend this PestMaster, and their customer service is outstanding.

My neighbor recommended Pest Master because she was happy with their service. I was hearing mice in my garage ceiling (a lot of them!). One even got in my daughter’s bedroom. They came out to give me a quote, and I appreciated their professionalism. Kevin calls beforehand to let me know he’s on his way, and is always on time. I didn’t feel pressured when he told us about optional services, like termite control. Because of their price, punctuality and knowledge, I plan on continuing service with them for a long time!

I have had two great experiences using these guys so far! I am always so blown away at the A+ communication from Tiffany in the office, and Kevin has been great teaching me about the different things I need done so that I feel like I'm making a quality decision with as much info as possible. PestMaster is a pleasure to deal with. Friendly, Professional, Knowledgeable staff. They take the time to explain services and charges in detail. Excellent communication. Always on time and provide detailed and timely billing for all services. It's hard to find folks you can trust these days, but this is a rare business that gets my unconditional recommendation!
