Had several bees in the house and needed a second treatment. The nest was somewhere in the house, and obviously very large. Treatment was done outside where they flew in and out. The pictures show only a handful of bees I handled, there was hundreds and I was stung on two occasions. Jermaine is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He has been handling bees for many years and had a lot of information to share. One day after the second treatment, they are almost completely gone. I would certainly recommend his service. James is always professional and friendly. He comes every other month to inspect and update traps. I have 4 dogs and he is amazing and patient with them while he moves around my property. Since hiring pestmaster, I have not had any indoor activity. Would highly recommend. Worth every cent!

Shout-out to Chris McKeon, who came out on short notice to deal with some wasps that had gotten into the wall on the second floor (and who were starting to also set up shop in another area). He took the time to think everything over, and even helped find a hiding cat so we could get it out of the room before beginning treatment. Great fellow, great service.

Brett is phenomenal and always very thorough when he services our home. Our basement mice issue is lessening each time and he knows how crazy I am about making sure we stay pest-free! He’s friendly and an excellent communicator. We’ve also done termite extermination and haven’t had an issue since!

Shawn was very friendly and professional and did a thorough job! She rang my doorbell when she got here to discuss the job and then again to let me know when she was done. I also liked the email, text and phone call reminders of my scheduled service appointment, I highly recommend!

Brian is a true expert, thorough and humane. He finds holes in places I (and his predecessors) thought we examined closely and makes sure the squirrels are gone before he seals it up tightly and discreetly. I highly recommend.
