I've had a great experience with Heather for pest control. Super friendly, professional, and really knows what shes doing. She took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was handled safely and thoroughly. You can tell she care about doing a good job and making sure you're comfortable in your own home again. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone reliable and easy to work with!

Heather was fantastic She was available next day called just like her office said she would before arrival. They are a conscientious company with products to service, residential and commercial. I had a large job for her at a 40+ thousand square foot property and she was able to estimate and start the job same day. They have a reasonable contract and I look forward to working with her and having her out for revisits and trap retrieval She is easy to reach and very knowledgeable.

No more Ants! Johnathan was awesome. He was on time, clean uniform and wore booties in the house. A true professional. He treated the house and even went in the crawl space, which 3 other pest control companies refused to do. Look no further- call PestMaster and ask for Johnathan.

Dangerous drivers. At 8:40am on 7/28, there was a driver who decided to park in the red zone between Creekside Apartments and Rosewood Park Apartments on Mira Loma. This entirely blocked the view of residents trying to leave the driveway (unable to turn right or left). This was illegal and unsafe. If this caused an accident, this would have been the fault of the driver and the company. Edit: I called yesterday to discuss. I was told that I would speak with Howard, but he wasn't available. I want to confirm this is the same incident. The vehicle that blocked my view was not checking tires and was gone 10 minutes later (my husband went to go get the license plate number). It was not towed from that location. If tires needed to be checked, this is still a very dangerous spot to do so. It appeared they were checking a cell phone or clip board (next job perhaps? ) I did honk at this driver in my frustration to let him know I was stuck. He looked up at me and looked down again. It wasn't until another vehicle was pulling in and waved me out that I made it onto the road. I left my phone number with the receptionist yesterday.
