I have been a customer for over a decade. I've received quarterly preventive treatments during that time. Billy, Will, Chad and others who've serviced my property have been fantastic. HOWEVER, I'm becoming increasing frustrated by PestNow's business practices. One example, last year I began outdoor mosquito treatment during the peak months July, Aug, Sept. Recently, in Oct., I came home to find a door tag saying my property had been treated on that day for mosquitos. I immedidately contacted Pest Now to say 1.my 3 month package ended in Sept. 2. my gate was locked, how could the property have been treated? The customer service agent tried to convince me that I had a 4 month package that included Oct. I pointed out that I AM CONFIDENT OF WHAT I AGREED TO, AND IVE NEVER BEEN BOTHERED BY MOSQUITOS IN OCTOBER...I asked for a return call from a Supervisor. No call back. I called again and spoke with B*****. She was rude! Issue is still not resolved. Summarily, all PN agents who have visited my home have been great , but the business practices are frustrating.

Long time customer here! Enjoyed recent visit by Jordan who helped with some interior issues and was very accommodating and sensitive to our particular needs. PestNow is consistent and reliable! Great service.

I am always pleased working with Devin and respect his professionalism and expertise with addressing and treating all our pest control needs. He is easy to work with and is knowledgeable about any questions and/or concerns I have.

It truly is the people that make a company great. I’ve been a PESTNOW customer now for 2 years. Devin, the technician assigned to my house, is the best! Even the manager came out one time to talk to me in person to talk about my property and what needs to be done to make the most out of their service.
