From my quarterly Pest Treatment to the need to have soffit cob webs cleared, to having an urgent need for removal of a large Wasp nest -- I was able to schedule having a technician on-site within 24 hours of calling. Thank you Nick for all of your help!

We have been using PestNow for years. Usually the service is wonderful, but this last visit was not. We called in advance to let them know we wanted to get someone to come inside the house to put down new pet-safe traps for mice and ants - as we have recently just adopted a puppy and had removed all the old traps we used to have. The person who came knocked very gently on the outside of the storm door. We have a Ring Camera, so we saw this later. This service person did not ring the doorbell or knock on the main door to the point where a person inside could hear. So we were unable to get our traps and we were about to go out of town for 10 days. So that was not ideal. They were unable to re-schedule us until after we returned home from our trip - giving the mice more of a chance to thrive (not good!). The camera showed us the guy did do some minor spraying around the base of the house, but we were not able to show him where the ant problem was originating to treat that part. Also, he left a lot of cobwebs all around the porch. He clearly wanted to be done with his shift early! Again, usually PestNow offers great service, so I will chalk this up to one bad apple.

Michael did a great job with checking 16 mouse bait traps, spraying around the house and the shed, and getting rid of the cobwebs. He’s very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I appreciate the good work.

Bugs and flying insects are visible in the basement and upper levels. Please take care of these bugs by spraying inside, if necessary. I will prefer some non-toxic organic chemicals for spraying inside. Please let me know when someone would be able to be in. Thanks.
