The female behind the desk.. customer service skills are a fail. Just snarky. Prices were double what you can pay at their next door competitor.. and they have a smile when you walk through the door.

On the phone and in person the woman at the checkout was the rudest sales person I've ever encountered. She seemed irritated to have to help me. And also didn't bother picking out an extra product for me. Therefore I spent that money elsewhere. She may be knowledgeable with pest control but not with customer service. Won't be bothering them again.

This person at the place of business was so un-professional. All she did was talk about how her competitor was insufficient, which I later found to be untrue. The clerk was more concerned with trying to get me to buy a bunch of products to increase the bill. I found them way overpriced compared to other vendors. I do not recommend Peststop in Covington, LA

The sales clerk was very helpful. I was definately not expecting the prices that were listed. I went to another location, talked to sales clerk there, and I bought what she herself uses. I haven't had any more issues.
