I don't think we will renew our service. We told them we had wasps at the back porch and they came out and said there's not a nest under the porch. They didn't spray for wasps. Well my mother and dog have now both been stung on that porch! We pay them to find and kill the wasps and they won't do it. They blamed our grass for being too tall🙄 ridiculous. So they performed our quarterly service and then left. Please note that you have to ask for extra services if you have wasps and such. They are NOT included in the normal service. We will be asking them to come out AGAIN and they better get rid of the wasps this time. 😤

We just started using them with our new home. Our home came with a built in system for pest control. They came out explained things, super friendly and got it done quick. After today they just do from the outside of the house in the hookup that they installed into the walls. We don’t have to be home again until our yearly respray. Customer service is super friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend

We have used Pest Shield services for over 25 years continuously. The company has been very professional with their delivery. A service person comes out every quarter and inserts chemicals into our house and once a year they will come into the house if needed to place sticky traps for bugs that might be in the basement area. They will also spray grounds and porch and deck for other type bugs. Our family has been very satisfied. If assistance is needed they are just a phone call away.

They rope you in with the "it comes with the new house". Then they don't respond to a cancelation email because "she doesn't work here any more" charge for an extra 3 months when you have already replaced them. Not the way to do business. We were just going to try another place to see if we liked them. But now its bye for good.

Great company! Great employees! After calling 6-7 places needing to exterminate some bugs I was left feeling overwhelmed and felt people were just trying to use the scare tactic to get me to sign with them. The last company I decided to call was Pest Shield. Boy am I glad I did! Matt was phenomenal. Professional, intelligent, normal, straight to the point and honest. I instantly knew I could trust him in my home. He was very knowledgeable on the situation. My husband and I feel relieved. The people he brought with him were very personable also. We highly recommend.
