I had such a wonderful experience at Pet Supplies Plus in Garwood, and I want to give a special shout-out to Ray, who went above and beyond to help me when I came in worried about my Frenchie’s ongoing gastrointestinal issues. Ray spent over 10 minutes talking with me, not just tossing out generic suggestions, but really asking thoughtful questions about my dog’s symptoms and history. He genuinely listened, clearly cared, and offered such well-informed advice that I felt completely confident in the product he recommended. You can tell he has a real wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to pet health, and I’m so grateful for his help. It’s rare to find customer service like this anywhere these days, let alone from someone who’s not just helpful but truly passionate about animals. Very friendly and went out of their way to help me with all my needs. Very knowledgeable where stock is and made sure I was aware of how to use products. The dog bathing area is great and a lot more organized then other places I've been to. This place I do highly recommend to all. Their priority is your pets
