Had the best experience at this location today. Fish staff was extremely helpful and friendly!!! My betta fish is beautiful and healthy. I will definitely be back.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. There was a coupon for the item i was getting but only if you had the membership, I had one but hadn't used it in quite some time so I didn't remember the number, so the associate used their's to get the money off for me. This location is quite some distance from me but will always be my preferred petco location.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this place. It is convenient and overall has plenty of brands. That said it doesn’t seem that it is fully staffed or staff work efficiently. Just spent a long time waiting in line for a single register and the line was barely moving. Other times I’ve had to track down people to check me out. I don’t see why they can’t seem to keep the checkout actually moving.

This place has a great selection of items, though a bit on the pricey side. What truly stands out is the service. We did two positive training courses with Heidi, and they were fantastic—our dog is now much better behaved and more responsive. Heidi is skilled, patient, and truly passionate about animals. She adapts her approach to each dog and always offers thoughtful advice. We also had our dog groomed by Suri, who was equally wonderful. He answered all our questions patiently, and our dog looked great and left happy. Highly recommend both services! Would like to add that the grooming and the training services are very affordable and worth it! Update: Had a grooming session with Monica yesterday and she was thorough, professional and went above and beyond to help my dog (he was distressed before he came in).

I placed a order for delivery on Sun 9/14/25 for three items, I never received the cat litter. I contacted doordash and was told by the driver Daniel that he mistakenly delivered it to another address. He told me to report it to doordash for a refund. Doordash is telling me to contact Petco because they took the initial payment. When I called the store I was told there is nothing they can do because the product left the store. I called again today for a manger and was told there was no manager today. My next call is going to be to the BBB
