We prefer Petsmart the store for our pets needs and we have adopted four kitties from this location over the years. The store is laid out well and seems to have a good selection. However, this time I tried to order online and pick up at the store. Their online ordering wasn’t working so I just went to the store. Half of the items that the website said were onsite were not available in the store. It was really disappointing. As far as being accommodating for those with limited mobility, the layout of the store was big enough to manage my electric scooter. However, trying to get in the bathroom was difficult. They do not have a family/handicap bathroom and the door to the bathroom is really heavy. It was difficult to navigate.

My visit to PetSmart was fantastic. The store was spacious and easy to navigate, with well-stocked sections for every type of pet. I loved the variety in the dog and cat sections, especially the unique toys and grooming supplies. The aquatics section was impressive, with clear tanks and lots of cool fish. The staff was super helpful and friendly, offering great advice. The small pets and birds sections showed real care for the animals. Shoutout to the “Welcome to Petsmart” every time I enter 👋

*This is focused on the grooming department* I do not understand what the point of an appt is here? Not only did it take them 10-15 minutes to assist a long line of customers because they were just talking amongst themselves, but all we scheduled was a bath for our shaved medium size dog and they told us 3 hours because they had a lot of dogs. The back area where the dogs go looked they don’t keep up with cleaning and the person we dealt with was not very pleasant. We just cancelled and will not be going back.

We have been loyal customers since our 1st Dog Bailey in 2011-2023. Now we are blessed to have adopted/rescued Milo! He spent 2 days here for Doggy Day camp (Amazing) then we just booked him for a 7 day stay at the PetHotel-on multiple occasions. Words cannot even describe how happy & blessed we are for choosing that option! He had a blast, loved his stay, interacted with the other dogs (based on the teammates reports) greatly! We are so thankful they made his stay amazing! His tail wagging 1,000 times when he saw us made us realize we made a GREAT decision! Check it out! Reviews are True!!! 5 stars! I would give 10 stars if possible!!! As of August 2025 we have now used this amazing Petsmart Hotel 10 times. With the 2 DoggyDayCamp stays we have been so pleased with Milo’s 10 stays here! Looked into dog training at this store and can’t seem to get any response. Website directs you to call your local store to get a consultation to see what training is right. Called the store and selected pet training, which just tells you it’s unavailable. Went to the store and asked an employee, was directed to a display with cards to fill out your information to get a call from a trainer. Almost two weeks later and no call. Edit: Got a call from a trainer two days after this post. Met with the trainer and incredibly helpful and upfront with expectations for training concerning my dog.
