Was supposed to have a quote done today 10/21/25. But had declined the service as the gentleman Robert decided to relax in his truck. After being told I was home. He decided to say I’ll wait. Well sir what are you waiting for I told you I was home. In today’s world I don’t take anything lightly. So with that being said I feel as he was watching the kids play outside. Why do I say that. I say that because he never got out of his truck to come to my front door. That just doesn’t sit well with me! So I did call the company on this matter and to me it sounded like they didn’t even care. The lady had a nonchalant attitude. That’s fine I’ll take my business elsewhere. I posted text messages on the Google review you’re more than welcome to go look at it. And no, I will not remove my comment because that’s how I felt as why didn’t he get out of his vehicle sorry not sorry

Connor was out this morning and did an amazing job with our spray. He spent extra time on the outside where we have been seeing a lot of activity and made sure to check to see where else we were seeing problem areas. He was polite and respectful and made the experience great. Appreciate it a ton! Good kid and good head on his shoulders! Keep it up!

Robert Reynolds of Petti Pest Control came to my home very quickly to handle the pest (snake) situation. He was very professional, polite, and informative. Robert explained the Pest treatment and educated me on how I can prevent future Pests from coming in my home. Robert gave me a good quote and set up my first treatment on the same day!! The team came quickly. They removed the snake and treated my home. The team (the two guys) were very professional and nice. They did a wonderful job!! Thank You!!
