Petti has been nothing short of phenomenal! We had a little critter problem last year and they were out immediately to do an inspection, walk us through the results, and send us a quote before leaving the property. Our tech is lovely, she does an amazing job every time she’s out here. I have never had a single issue with anybody I’ve interacted with - scheduling, maintenance work, billing, they’re all so professional and helpful. Cannot recommend them enough for pest control.

Our experience with Brett was helpful, informative and seamless. Brett was so kind and throughly took his time to listen to what our needs were and executed them perfectly! He took the time to call as he was arriving and was patient through listening to my concerns and where we needed a little extra attention due to a small infestation on the balcony so we could start to use it again without the fear of getting stung. He interacted with my daughter and was kind to her as well relating as he has a son around the same age. He was personable and we would 100% recommend him to anyone else as well as welcoming him back for our next service!

Petti service has been so far satisfactory. We had a massive problem with the invasive spotted lantern fly and other companies said there was nothing they could do. I reached out to them, had a quick inspection, quoted me a fair price for service, and next thing I knew there were spotted lantern flys dropping dead, much to my relief too as they were covering what seemed like every square inch of my property and house. Service members have always been polite and accommodating to any requests made.

Love Petti Pest Control! They come regularly every quarter and treat my house! The technician is always professional, polite, and very efficient! I love that they send me a text the day before their scheduled to come and very accommodating when I call to check on scheduled time and willing to adjust to my schedule so I can get inside treated!!!
