Whoever normally answers the phone first is wildly rude. I said one thing, she said one thing really quickly and hung up. Had to call back because whatever that was, was not intelligible nor informative. She quickly hung up the second time, after me still barely making out the words that she was saying. Maybe have someone who can pace themselves and actually likes talking to people answer the phones?

Tried calling on New Year's Eve day - in spite of the long-winded pre-recorded message stating they will pick up an animal on weekends, holidays, etc - I rang at 6 AM on the dot, got an answering machine. I left my details, following all the guidelines as spelled out in said long-winded prerecorded message. I did not hear back, after leaving address, number, contact info, cross streets, etc. I tried back, and again, nothing, just a prompt to leave a message. 11 hours later when I returned home, there is the bag with an expired cat in it just as I had left it. Children who live next door will no doubt be curious to see "what's in the bag," and if it rains, as it has often this holiday season, well, fine. Cat Soup. As far as I'm concerned this is out of my hands, I complied, with as much disdain as one would with a bloody bloated deceased animal and a shovel at 2 AM hours before this absurd operation "opened." Utterly useless, do not call this ill-run agency.

absolutely awful customer service, was trying to ask about their services and the woman on the phone answered my questions very rudely and hung up on me mid sentence.

I had used this service before, with positive results. This time they were completely unresponsive. I called three times in less than 24 hour period, after my recently deceased dog was not picked up in the four hour window. They were completely unresponsive and I ended up paying a company to come and remove her two days after she passed. Not sure what is happening that would cause this, but if I can figure out a way to lodge a formal complaint, I will. Update-Someone finally called me asking about this pickup. Conveniently, the call came about an hour after I had just paid someone to remove my recently deceased dog. At this point, you maybe can still use this service, but do so at your own risk. For some reason this service's reliability is questionable at best.

They did pick up the animal. The only downside is it's just an answering machine so you have no confirmation that they're coming. And on their message they say they will be there in 4 hours if you call in-between 8am - 5pm. But it took a couple days to realize it's more like if you call by 1pm and they have 4 hours until 5pm they'll pick it up
