We had Phoenix perform exclusion work years ago and then had bait stations around the house through Phoenix. Service was always good and our technician was super friendly. We began having issues this year and ultimately called to cancel. Mysteriously our bait stations disappeared after we called to cancel and Phoenix stuck us with a $200 charge. The charge is spelled out in the contract but Phoenix has no system in place to keep track of bait station inventory. Instead, they rely on the contract to back charge a long time customer. I told their office that we had 60 days of video from around our house that confirmed no one moved the bait stations between their technician’s visits on 6/19 and 8/19 but they were not receptive to that discussion. Be warned when you cancel. In retrospect I would have locked up the bait stations inside until they could pick them up had I known this is how we would be treated.

Had a squirrel get into our home as we were trying to get it out of our lanai. Phoenix Pest Management was amazing with the quick response. Gave us tips and made arrangements for someone to call us (it was after work hours). Dion called right away, just when we were successful in finding where it was hiding and lure it back out to the lanai and out into nature. Don't find great service like this anymore. Found this company through their ad in the Yellow Pages and decided to give them a try for a rodent problem. Joe called me back right away and came out the very next day. He did a thorough inspection of the entire house, identified possible entry points, and gave me a clear quote that included both removing the pests and sealing everything up. Since then, Joe has been checking in frequently , keeping me updated on progress, and even educating me on how the issue started and how to prevent it in the future. He was at our house about 30 minutes later. It was his customer service and personal attention to detail that sealed the deal for me. He was out the very next day laying traps and bait stations. I have been smelling something different for the past two weeks and then yesterday I noticed a bunch of flies inside my pool cage along my gutter. I called Phoenix before bed last night and had someone at my house by noon the next day! Joe first checked my outside gutter, as I suggested, because that’s where these cluster flies were. He then went up into my attic and over to the side of the house where I saw the flies. He also did a complete walk around to check for holes where an animal or rodent could get in. He found nothing! Now I have peace of mind that I don’t have to worry about a dead animal in my attic, on my roof, or in my walls. I am shocked at how fast they came out and will definitely call them again if needed.
