So I've got yellow jackets living in the wall of my garage. I tried to deal with them myself but couldn't wipe them out completely on my own. I googled pest control and these guys showed up with good reviews. Not the cheapest in town but they assure me that they stand by their work and guarantee results. Isaac Hamilton showed up. Very professional. Had a good conversation with him. He's pretty knowledgeable about the pests he treats. He was thorough and polite. He treated inside and outside with multiple products not just one generic spray. And they will be back multiple times throughout the year. Even winter. I only gave him 4 stars because this is my first review/ dealings with the company. If they really do stand by their service then I'll definitely do another review and leave 5 stars. Thank you very much Isaac! Update review. No more yellow jackets. Had Isaac come back and treat 12 wasp nests on my fence line. And my garage for spiders. He had absolutely no problem coming back out and doing that favor for me. The products he uses work fantastically. If you need pest control, call Pickett pest. Thanks Isaac!!!

Always prompt with our maintenance visits and the treatments provided are WELL worth every cent spent. Their rates are fantastic and I am super pleased with the customer service. I always know ahead when they’re heading to my house as they send a text, and they also send a follow up text to let me know what has been done! They’re awesome! Highly Recommend!

Issac was great! I called Pickett first thing in the morning and I was a new customer dealing with a wasp problem and they made sure to get me on their books the same day. Issac communicated when he would be at my house and he did a good inspection and was able to take care of the problem. He also found black widows and wolf spiders and I signed up immediately after that! I am excited to have this services added to protect my home and children from pests.

Fletcher was a very respectful, informative representative who was patient with my questions and he explained exactly what he intended to do to remedy my pest problems. After he finished his work he sent a follow up text and gave me a review of the services he had performed. A Great service!
