Daniel is awesome ! Very though with our property spraying. We are in a highly wooded area lots of mosquitoes, always makes sure we are more than covered. Never an issue , can’t say enough about Daniel , Always taking care of our property. needs and always friendly .

We have used Pilgrim Pest for several years and they are consistently wonderful. They are responsive and professional. We have them come out quarterly for regular preventative treatments (inside the house and mosquito/tick treatment outside) and to set traps. Each time they come they are on time, polite, and professional. They are thorough and respectful of our home as they walk through and treat the various areas. When we’ve had one-off issues (one time ants, another time we saw two yellow jackets in the house and were concerned we might have an issue) they have come out promptly and addressed our concerns. Highly recommend!!

I could hear an animal in my fireplace when I came home from work. I called 6 places. They all said they couldn’t get anyone out until tomorrow. Dan called me right back and had a guy at my house within an hour. Sam was very professional. He put a camera up the chimney and saw it was a bird. He was able to remove it quickly. I felt the job was reasonably priced and I really appreciated the promptness. Thank you. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

After speaking on the phone and expressing my concerns, a technician came out to my home and essentially set traps for the mice, and left within 10 minutes. Charged me $375.00 and I did not get anything I was told was included which was treatment of the kitchen, attic and around the exterior to close up any holes. Next day I reach out and Dan tells me the technician will come back to complete the services promised. Technician comes back that night and uses his iPhone flashlight to look around the house and leaves. Lies to my husband and told him that he had already looked for holes the previous day, which was a lie. When I reached out to Dan he basically told me that we were lying and that my husband told the technician he couldn’t enter the house. Before I could even respond he told me he would issue a partial refund and before I could even respond he hung up on me abruptly. It’s shocking to see “professionals” act like this. I’ll give him credit: he refunded me $200 out of the $375 that we paid. But it still feels wrong that I paid $175 for essentially nothing. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else to save yourself the time, money and drama.

I had a squirrel chewing its way into my bathroom and they made sure to locate any points of entry on my house, installed a 1-way gate and after a week, sealed up the entrance. No more scratching and no more squirrels! They did a great job!!
