Edit: After receiving a callback from Pisgah Pest Control, they resolved the billing concerns and were accommodating of the change in services that I wanted to make. While I stand by having been told originally that what I wanted to do wasn’t possible, misunderstandings happen and I appreciate that they took my concerns seriously. Their response was handled with professionalism and kindness, which speaks highly of the business they’re trying to operate. I look forward to continued service with Pisgah Pest Control now that my issues have been resolved.

Our technician, Liz Mann, is very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. She is prompt, friendly, and explains what she finds and what she will do to fix the issue. She also reminds us at every visit that if we notice anything that needs to be addressed, to be sure to call and not wait until her next visit. She really does a terrific job for us!

We have used their services for our home for the last few years. They've been great. Very communicative and helpful. I've only had one issue that they needed to return between service appointments for the mice I heard in our crawl space. They were prompt and efficient and the issue was resolved. Spoke to Jessica today in regards to transferring services to a different property and she was very professional helpful. Great company.
