Technician was courteous and knowledgeable of my spider and insect issues inside and outside of my home. He offered several solutions to take care of the problem. He arrived in the allotted time slot. The price was very good. He recommended a quarterly treatment at a discounted price to stay ahead of the spiders. Spiders are not my friend! I highly recommend Plank Termite and Pest for your home.

We had a carpenter ant infestation and had used another exterminator in the past with no success. Plank treated our yard twice and completely eliminated the problem. I use them on a schedule now just for prevention of other little creepers (spiders, ants, etc) and have been very happy. Would highly recommend. Had Derek from Plank Pest come to eradicate a squirrel problem in the soffett area around our home. He also took care of a wasp nest that was growing. Plank Pest Control is great! The technician was on time and he explained how he was spraying. He also explained the maintenance plan to me as well as reminding not to let our dogs outside for an hour so the spray could dry. The maintenance plan is a great way to keep on top of the insects and not to forget to call every season.
