Would literally give zero stars if I could. I’ve been a paying customer for 2 years, and instead of protecting my home, this company lied to me, endangered my family’s health, and left me with $7,000 in damage. In July, their technician said there was “no evidence” of rodents in my attic. That was a blatant lie. Another company showed me the truth: massive piles of droppings, multiple nests, urine-soaked insulation, and mold. On 8/26/25, they scheduled an appointment between 11 am–1 pm. No one showed, no one called. When I called, I was told they “don’t give ETAs.” The technician never came. Meanwhile, rats got into my kitchen. My children have been breathing contaminated air for months. Their repeated health issues suddenly make a lot more sense now. Because of their failure, I now have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to rip out and replace insulation, clean up mold, and eradicate nests — something that should have been caught long ago. This company took my money for years, never fixed the problem, never warned me about entry points, and clearly never cared. They strung me along while my house became infested. If you value your home, your money, or your family’s health — do not ever trust this company. They are incompetent, dishonest, and dangerous.

Marco was awesome! Super friendly, explained how he was going to treat the wasps clearly and answered all of our questions. He cleaned up the hive, inspected it, and then assessed for any additional issues. 10/10 recommend plateau pest for any wasp needs! Will definitely be saving their number for future needs! Called plateau pest when I noticed a huge wasp hive in our red maple tree. They were able to get us scheduled for a visit within 24 hours. They sent out a kind knowledgeable tech who efficiently and quickly took care of our issue! THANK YOU!

Experience was great. Chris with scheduling was friendly to chat with, understood the urgency and got me scheduled same day. Jaden, the tech came out to my house, was polite and friendly, but also just took care of business. Started my day stressed about a growing & active hornets nest and within 3 hours Plateau Pest had the issue resolved. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

Great experience. The wonderful man Jaiden that came out and took care of our B issue was professional and polite and completed the job. The bees that we had inside the house were completely gone within 24 hours. We could not locate where they were coming in, and within 5 minutes he instantly found it. I definitely will use this company in the future and I'm very grateful for their hard work. Most of all effective, on Time, Professional and very polite.

Early and did a great job both explaining all my questions and spraying and applying gel in suspected areas. I opted for the quarterly service. Much more reasonable than some of the others. I had many questions and Chris answered all of them. My main treatment was for sugar ants. Several types of applications were applied both inside and all around the foundation of my house. They also did an inspection for Hornets and Wasps. Many different ways to make payment also. Great job.

We had a rodent issue in the attic and Plateau came out quickly on a Saturday morning. Marco was our technician and he did a fantastic job. Super friendly and got everything taken care of in no time.
