Super highly recommend Joe for any wildlife issues you may have. He came out within half an hour of calling him about a bat in the basement and then showed exactly how they (bats, snakes, mice) were getting in. Totally shocked to realize so much of the house wasn’t sealed. He came back out with Brett, sealed the entire house and then did extra that he noticed along the way at no extra charge. He installed exclusion devices at two points which allow any critters to exit the house, but no re-entry possible. He then comes back at a later date to remove the devices and then seal the spots they were over. He also put a cage over the dryer exhaust because the spring that would normally keep the flap closed was gone and was an open doorway to critters. Great communication, super timely, very neat and clean work, great education. Also, Joe was calm during my bat panic. Sorry, Joe! 😄 Loved how he gently removed and compassionately released cutie bat. Definitely feel more peaceful knowing this is no longer going to be a hotel for all the wildlife I love to see outdoors! Thank you, Joe and team! We appreciate you so much! 🦇 🐍 🐭

I contacted Joe to fix a problem with birds nesting behind my shutters on stone siding. He has a permanent solution to the problem that really works. See the pictures. His work looks fantastic. He’s the only one I found with this solution. Joe is very professional. He showed up exactly on time, very courteous and kept the work area clean. I am extremely happy with his work.

We recently had a raccoon die under neath our screened in porch that was in an unreachable location. Joe from Platinum wildlife gave a fair price estimate and was out first thing the next morning to take care of it. He was very considerate to not damage anything beyond what was necessary and remove the animal with minimal mess left behind. He then had the ability to fix anything that was altered/removed to access the animal. I highly recommend this service. Their prices are the fairest you’re going to find, especially compared to the bigger name companies who are only interested in trying to sell you a maintenance plan as I found out through this process. Joe knew what my problem was right away! I wasn’t ready to pay for treatment right away so he gave me some great ideas to try first. My next-door neighbor and I called Joe to come treat our backyards and he was readily available and his prices are very reasonable (I did my research among other companies). Joe even came back and retreated our yards after a massive rainfall, no questions asked! My rodent problem now seems to be at bay and I am very pleased! I highly recommend this company! Joe was very responsive and knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection pointing out along the way possible entry points for mice. He told me exactly what was needed to remedy the problem at multiple locations and even climbed a ladder to seal an entry point from an A/C cord at no charge! Such a nice guy; his honesty and genuineness comes through. I rarely write reviews but had to for him. Definitely recommend!

Joe was fantastic! From our first phone conversation I knew that he was very attentive to my problem. He arrived promptly, inspected my chimney for bats, and examined the rest of my home for potential entry points. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and what was most likely the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I really appreciated that he actually took the time to climb my steep roof and remove my cap to see the problem. Joe clearly knew what he was doing and made me feel confident in the process. He installed a few one-way doors for the bats to exit and sealed up the rest of my home. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone dealing with wildlife issues.

Great experience with Platinum Wildlife Solutions. Nick came out the very next business day and removed a dead deer from the stream on my property that had apparently been shot and left to suffer. He was very personable, respectful of me and my property, and knowledgeable. I would call them again but hope I don't have to.
