Reasonable price! Very happy with the service I received! Jacob was very professional, knowledgeable, and offered exceptional customer service! I was very impressed with his level of communication in the process, from the first initial phone call to issuing my final service report. He was very friendly and was well-equipped for the task! I definitely will be recommending Plunkett’s to others as well as using them for my own needs in the future.

We LOVE DREW!! He is Super professional and great at what he does. My teenagers even love Drew! When we see ANY "creepy crawlies" they demand that we call Drew! When he can't get rid of something or figure it out, he comes back until it's over. He even went out on the roof! We appreciate him and and Plunkett Pest Control.

I recently called Plunkett's for my mom. Paul was incredible! Very professional and took his job seriously. He took his time to explain everything to my mom got the job done. She no longer has the problem. I even called Paul to help with my own home. I would strongly recommend this business to anyone having a pest issue.

Aaron summers addressed every concern we had in regards to the carpenter ant problem. He even took care of an ant nest we had in a stump near our home. He also treated our home for other insects and rodents as well. He was flexible in scheduling which really helped us out. I would recommend Plunkett,s to anyone in need of pest service.

Positives: My initial consultation with them was awesome. The technician was very nice, helpful, and tried to help me save money by offering plans since the services I needed cost as much as the yearly services. The technician was the primary reason I wanted a yearly plan since I was very impressed by him. So I decided to purchase a year plan where they would come four times per year. The spray and traps did seem to work very well and were as promised. Negatives: The issues were involving the plan. They stated that their are four visits per year with the plans. After my initial appointment, I never heard from them again. I called around the time the second visit was due (in winter). The lady I spoke with snipped at me and said that they don't do "visits" in winter because they can't spray anything around the house. These visits are just calls to see how everything is, but I never even got a phone call from them either. (I dont feel that they should promote four visits if two are just calls. Seems to be false advertising). So when spring came, I called again to get the third visit scheduled. I was told the technician will call to schedule. I never got a phone call even months after that appointment was due. So I ended up calling and canceling the plan. They only charged me for three visits, which I was fine with because I just wanted to get out of a contract with them. They told me that they will have someone come out to pick up their equipment. One year later and they still haven't even contacted me or came to pick up their supplies. It's ashame because their technicians are very good and their stuff does work. So I really wanted to like them. But I will never use them again Update: I wanted to provide an update as I was outreached regarding my issues. The gentleman was very friendly and wanted to make an honest effort to apologize and try to correct the issue. I have a lot of respect for a company willing to acknowledge customer's issues and to address them personally like that. He also offered to collect the mouse traps that were left behind, which he did stop and get the same day.
