I would leave zero stars if that were a thing. Jason came in a total of twice. The first time he showed up and immediately started disregarding everything I said and rushed me through and flashed the flashlight quickly and didn’t listen to me when I tried to explain what was happening. I constantly repeated myself after he’d ask questions I already answered. The second time was even worse. He said without seeing an active infestation he couldn’t treat of course I cleaned up the craziest infestation the night I saw it because I was having nightmares knowing it was still there so he didn’t see the live version of what I did. However, I sent him countless photos and videos and had samples. I even had samples of carpet beetles and bites to show that something was truly active. He told me things were just crumbs or lint. Barely looking at the specimens or just writing things off without any scientific explanation. I had several samples of carpet beetles and he said they were “outside beetles” I said “what does that mean? I found them behind the stove and in my carpet.” He then told me he was done with me and I said so you’re not going to help me? Clearly something is eating me and infesting this place I’ve only lived here a month. He said have a nice day after I asked him to please send me someone else to assess the house. From start to finish I was belittled and talked down to. Zero stars. Maybe educate your “exterminators” better. He didn’t know a damn thing about anything. He told me my bite marks looked like shoes rubbing on my foot. Okay cuz shoes puncture the skin and leave rows of bites at the ankles. Extremely disappointed and repulsed by the lack of professionalism.

Plunkett’s was able to address our yellowjacket problem with 24 hours of us calling since an exterminator was in the area. Tony was speedy, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the services were affordable. They offered a revisit as needed within 72 hours, but the job was completed effectively the first time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have used Plunkett’s twice. Once for wasps and once for sugar ants. Our technician both times was Grant DeHays and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was extreamly pleased with the company and would highly recommend.
