The receptionist, Candace, and representative, Brad, were very friendly and kind. They talked me through what the inspection and services would look like as well as an estimate and scheduled our family promptly. James, our technician, was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. He was thorough in inspecting the house and listened to our concerns! I feel much better about our pest situation and am hopeful it will be resolved.

Damon does a fantastic job of getting rid of our spiders and bugs. Always notified when he is coming. Very easy to work with my schedule. We do a yearly contract so not sure I can tell you how much we pay......but Plunkett's Pest Control is worth every penny we pay!!!

Ramone was very friendly and respectful. He took care of the wasps that we could see and checked around the house to make sure there were none anywhere else. He made sure to let me know if the swarm returns to call him. Great service!!!!

J.J was great he explained everything very clearly and what my treatment options were. Let me know that my current state of vegetation is what lead to my issue and that if left unchecked will cause a continuous return my pest. Would recommend JJ to anyone that asked he is awesome at what he does.
