Extremely disappointed with Chastin’s service. Spider webs and bugs are still present in and outside of my home after the service. The home was barely sprayed from the inside. I felt like he didn’t care about what he was doing at all. He skipped over some places and didn’t even go into the bathrooms or around the areas I specifically asked for. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Ben did a great job! Was fast, thorough and gave me details about the visit before he left. I highly recommend Pointe to keep our home pest & critter free.

Pointe Pest Control has always gone above and beyond to ensure we don’t have to deal with pesky rodents. Jessica was amazing. Listened to our needs and was incredibly friendly. Love this company.

Lance is extremely knowledgeable as well as personable. He easily answers our questions. He does a thorough job of extermination. We highly recommend him.
