Russell was great! He kept me posted on his arrival time, was kind enough to kill a GIANT spider in my kitchen for me as soon as he walked in the door 🤣 He was very patient with all my questions, and respectful of my property. I highly recommend Russell and this company!

Point pest control has been great. They are able to squeeze is in if needed and reschedule if something comes up. Gavin has been our tech, I think every time, and is amazing. He is prompt, efficient, and kind. We have not had any problems with pests since we have switched to them. They are knowledgeable and help giving suggestions on what we can do to help defend our home from bugs and rodents. I definitely recommend them.

Gavin did a very thorough pest spray around our home including wiping down a high area of wood that could not be sprayed. He also sprayed a wasp nest to insure the wasps were gone for good. Additionally, Gavin left some ant treatment packs for use inside the home should the need arise. Point Pest Control has always done a terrific job of keeping our home and yard free of pests. I had a great experience with Pointe Pest Control here in Bend. I was dealing with some exterior pest issues and was able to speak with a specialist quickly—no long wait times or endless phone tag. They had someone out to my home the very next day, which I really appreciated. Jesse, the service technician, was fantastic. He texted me as the appointment neared to confirm he was on time (and even offered to arrive a bit early if it worked for me). Super friendly, professional, and efficient with the treatment. He also walked me through the process and answered all my questions without rushing. Their pricing felt very fair, and they helped get me set up on a quarterly plan to make sure everything stays under control long-term. Great customer service, great value, and most importantly—great results. Highly recommend!
