The technician Brandon arrived on time and did really good job! He is very friendly and professional, and took good care of our house. He explained everything before he started and after he finished the treatment. We are very pleased with this service. Highly recommend!

Shady, business practices. They they like to come and treat when you’re not home and not do the inside or the garage. Say that you have a full balance due, even though you’ve tried to cancel and then give you the runaround and peer pressure, keeping it. Services didn’t even work. There was still spiders and problems on the property.

We just had our house serviced by Fernando. He listened to our concerns, and addressed the problem areas. He took the, time to place spider traps for us. He is very polite and seems like he cares, he shows great customer service. He is an asset to the company...Thank you Fernando!

Had the initial service done for general pest control, my specific concern was spiders, as I usually see lots of activity early to mid spring. Wanted to get on top of things asap. Eric came out and did an initial service. He was really nice and informative, wiped down all the old cobwebs around the house from last spring aswell. I'll put a follow up review mid spring about my spider problem. I would, on average, see between 2-4 indoors and one outdoors almost daily. Hoping to never, or almost never, see one again. :)

The sales rep was thorough and professional--he found bedbugs isolated to our headboard, checked every other room, and confirmed they hadn't spread to our mattress or anywhere else. he stayed we needed to test asap to avoid them spreading. He recommended the most expensive treatment, but when we chose the cheaper option, he said it was actually what would be recommended--our first red flag. We were told we couldn't schedule until payment was made, so we paid nearly $2,000. The contract was done after hours, and we were promised a call from scheduling that never came. We had to reach out ourselves, and even then, the soonest they could come was 4-5 days. Paying so much and having to wait for the better part of a week to treat our home which we were told needs to be done ASAP is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. it's a total scan to take people's money and have them sign a contract before telling them the wait time. I will definitely be using a different company in the future for our routine pest prevention. I'm glad this is a one time commitment with this company.

Good luck reaching someone locally. All phone numbers lead to an offisite call center, which is not my idea of good customer service.
