If there is ever a problem, they come out quickly and handle the situation to your satisfaction. Any technician I have dealt with has been courteous and informative about what was scheduled to be done. Always ring the doorbell upon arrival and asks if there are any problems. The visit is always announced by text a few days beforehand so you can let them know whatever area you would like focused on in case you are not home.

Very happy with Pointe Pest Control! I really like the way you can call any time for a touch up service, all included within the 3 month charge. Tony was here today for touch up service. He does an excellent job and is super easy to work with. Very pleasant and good at his job!

Pointe Pest Control always responds quickly and efficently to my calls for services. The Technician who comes to my house is the most professional and kind technician of any company I work with (not just the exterminator).
