Larry was the pest control tech that came to our home. He took the time to hear out our concerns. He was patient with my family and he offered us quite a bit of useful information regarding our issue. He treated our house and told us exactly what to expect in the following days. I never write reviews but I called to get a quote from this place and it was horrible!!! The lady had an attitude and literally told me that they don’t have time to treat for German roaches!? When I asked the reason why she could not give me an answer and continue to go around my question? The small German roaches are the actual ones that are more prone to infestation than water bugs and she’s straight told me they don’t have time in their schedule to spray for those!!! And had the nerve to say what does that have to do with anything!?? Everything since I’m calling a pest control place!!!Horrible customer service within the first 5 minutes. Can’t imagine how their actual service must be!

This is a GREAT company, I have used them for over 17 years on multiple properties. They really kill bugs without trapping you into a monthly contract. They know who you are and what your property needs are, for instance termite treatment under the house involves going through your garage, or calling your renter who's name and number they have on file for a rent house. If you have a problem they always stand behind their work, they don't just say "it's Texas, we have roaches" ! They are considerate, caring, smart and honest, and oh yes, very fair prices.
