My experience with Preferred Pest Management was great! My husband was tired of getting devoured by mosquitos in our backyard so we decided to try this company based on the many good reviews. They were very thorough in explaining the process and were able to come to our property quickly once we decided on a treatment plan. Eric messaged me when he was on the way and was very polite. He explained the process and answered all of our questions. I cannot yet speak to the effectiveness of their treatment as it was just this morning, but our experience so far has been great. We will definitely use them again in the future!

I want to thanks Preferred Pest for matching my sense of urgency to get rid of the pest issue I was experiencing overnight. I literally would not be able to live in the house if it did not resolve quickly. They were busy but understood the urgency and made time for me. Griffin came out by the afternoon, he was so kind and informative. He spent time inspecting and helping me get rid of the criters. I truly hate summer and all the insects that it brings, and he did a thorough treatment of the interior and exterior home. I wouldn't have been able to sleep well that night if he didn't make time for me same day. It's the next day and so far so good. I am super relived and it's all thanks to Griffin!

I have a bad ant/ cockroach issue due to my neighbor's pool. I was done fighting with them, so I found Preferred Pest Management's number via Google on a Sunday, and set an appointment for the following Friday. When the technician Eric came out, he was very knowledgeable about the products that they use and was extremely professional.

Griffin with PPM was very thorough and informative on our 1st treatment. Glad he gave me a reasonable time frame and let me know when he was on his way.

Griffin is an experienced professional. I contacted him after hours to service my new restaurant, as it is required by the food and health department before they can issue an operating permit. With limited time for inspection and a last-minute call, he committed and arrived promptly the next morning, offered excellent service, and will handle my business's monthly needs. His prices are very competitive. He is a hardworking man, and I wish him more success for his honest work.
