Everyone who works for this company was very professional and has a vast knowledge in their field. Oscar was the one that did our treatment and was very efficient. He did an amazing job matching the paint for the outdoor trim that needed patching. He was very thorough with the treatment in the attic and garage as well. Such a great experience!!!

All the people involved were very professional and efficient. What we really appreciated was that the company offered to place security cameras in the property that we could monitor ourselves; that really gave us some peace of mind. We had such a great experience with this company! Of course, as soon as we realized we had rats, we scrambled to get on top of it. After calling around, we found Premium Termite and Pest Control! It was literally a Godsend! From the first call, the office staff was super friendly and got us scheduled right away. Tony came out and did the initial inspection. Super helpful, and was upfront about expectations, cost, and the process. Feeling assured by the initial consultation, we scheduled the rest of the service. Then Omar came out and spent a ton of time checking all around the house, sealing access points, setting traps up, and just making sure everything was taken care of. He was really thorough, so very patient, very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions and gave us helpful tips about what to expect moving forward, and other helpful tips about what we could do. The price was also super fair! Actually, it is cheaper than other quotes we got in the area. We had our second trap service check this month. Omar was super helpful in checking traps etc and answering more questions, again, lol. So I'm so glad to have found this company and can’t recommend Omar and them enough!

Our experience working with Omar and Premium Termite and Pest Control was above and beyond. This was our first experience dealing with a pest problem so we were very concerned and not sure what to expect but Omar helped put those worries aside explaining to us the situation with his knowledge and he understood our concern. He was punctual on schedule and he was very patient with and answered any concerns we had. This is our first home and we are forever grateful for your help Omar I’m sure whoever else works with him is just as good but I will be asking for his services in the future thank you.

Our neighbor has termites, so I requested an inspection just to play it safe. The house was fumigated a year ago (I didn’t know they lasted several years), but Omar still offered to go into the roof to inspect the area. He took detailed pictures and sent them over for documentation. Great service overall.
