I sent a talent the day before service advising that I’d been seeing a lot of ants, spiders and cobwebs. After service, there is still a trail of ants in backyard and several spiders and webs. The technician clearly didn’t attempt to service my property for spiders.

Today was my initial service with Preventive Pest Control. I must rate the technician a five star status. Brandon was very professional and courteous. He went the extra mile as I explained my fear for spiders. We had a pleasant conversation while he provided the services.
