Both Isaac and Hyram were extremely polite and professional. They both took the time to completely share the product and Service. So far I’ve had a great experience with Prime Pest Control. The salesman Michael was respectful, polite and helpful. I purchased a service and scheduled to have the initial service performed three days later at 9:00am. On the scheduled day I got a text from Austin, the technician, at 8:45am saying he was on his way and at 9:00am sharp he rang my doorbell. Austin, like Michael, was respectful and courteous as he detailed his plan and ask if I had any areas of concern. After a short conversation he went right to work and finished in a timely manner. So far so good for these gentlemen.

Austin was very helpful, it is clear he knows what he is talking about when it comes to pest control. He was nice and respectful as he serviced the home making sure that my puppy was put up and everything was taken care of. We had lost of wasp activity and he was thorough as he went around the house.

Richard was very pleasant to speak with. He did a thorough job in his spraying. I am very satisfied with that. Plus, we talked several times and he was very interested in making me happy with his work. Thank you so much, Richard.

Hyrum was amazing he was understanding and went above and beyond my expectations. He arrived on time and immediately got to work ( in the pouring rain) I would recommend Prime pest control to anyone. This company is great! I reached out to them late yesterday and no one answered the phone, however I received a text message shortly after and was able to schedule my service first thing in the morning. 🙌🙌 Austin did a great job of explaining everything and came through the house and sprayed, even put the booties in his feet! Highly recommend!!
