Scheduled an appointment for rodent help - tons of availability as quickly as 48 hours in advance! So helpful when things feel really overwhelming. Our tech was SO helpful and thorough, answered all of my silly questions, and never put any pressure for upsetting services. He made recommendations that felt relevant and necessary, not just to sell me a service. Thank you again!

Their service is always great. I had to stop their services for a bit because of financial reasons. When I came back they made it easy to re-enroll. Whenever there is an increase in activity I reach out and they respond quickly to come out and deal with the problem. The technicians are always nice and professional. Our biggest issues is spiders so I really appreciate their help with that.

We couldn’t be happier with the services Prime Pest Solutions provides. We’ve worked with them for a few years now and we appreciate the attention to detail and our needs. They are always available to address applications when we call and they always check in when they are at the house to let us know what they’ll be doing and report what they find and did after.

I called a couple pest control services after our housekeepers discovered what appeared to be larvae emerging from our carpet. Gross! Not only did Sam at Prime Pest Solutions answer my call (no other service even called me back), he talked me through my concerns, offered solutions, had Brandon the office manager call me within 15 minutes and Brandon had the technician, Montana, at my house the very next morning. Montana was a true professional, arriving on time, wearing booties though my house, inspecting the exterior, finding the originating event (a decaying animal in a window well), then he removed the remains, treated the window well, treated the carpets, and offered advice. Remember how service providers used to be? Back in the day? When it all worked out and you felt good about the service? This is it.
