I have to say that prime storage was a pleasant experience from the time I began renting from the whitinsville location until I closed out my account with them. I had lost my key to my storage at one point and Michelle was prompt and had a kind attitude when she helped me cut the lock at to my unit. She went out of her way to be sure I was comfortable and happy. Thank you for all you did that day Michelle. I no longer needed the extra space that storage provided otherwise I would still be there . Great place clean place keep

Rob at Prime Storage in Whitinsville made the whole process so easy! He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. He went above and beyond to help me find the right storage unit for my needs and made sure I was comfortable with the space. The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained. I highly recommend asking for Rob if you’re looking for storage—he’ll take great care of you!

The place was very reasonable to rent extremely clean friendly staff and helpful. The only reason I have four stars is because the gates were broken for the majority of time that we rented the gate was open so not secure. They should have fixed that right away because you are paying for a secure place. Other than that I would highly recommend.

Thought i picked a good place to store my stuff. Got there to go into my storage and there are a bunch of kids riding motorcycles up and down the road between garages. The girl was walking around doing a check, so i asked what the deal is with these kids riding motorcycles back and fourth and she said they have storage. Not the answer i was looking for. So i call corporate and no one answers the phone. I get voicemail and then the message says full mailbox. Gee i wonder why. I am not happy with any of this, especially the girl allowing kids riding around and cars going in and out. To top it off the kids wouldnt even move for me to get out. Check your cameras corporate. Enough of this and answer your phone! Also fix the gate. It has been open everytime i go there! I had to stop by storage, and again with the motorcyles, this time they took the whole entrance of the driveway, its not a shop, leave room for people to get down the way, if people were pulling a trailor, they would have had a real tough time backing out. Do something about these people!

I chose Prime Storage originally because it was the cleanest and most secure storage facility in my area. Michelle helped me with the paperwork and set up automatic payments. My unit was clean and well maintained.
