I had a bit of a long story, but here’s the short version: I needed a termite and moisture letter for a shed to meet the conditions of a VA loan. Unfortunately, the seller’s termite and moisture company didn’t check the shed, and we couldn’t get in touch with them. I called Priority Pest, and they were amazing—quick to squeeze me in the same day! Their fantastic communication and fast service literally saved the closing. Where do I start......how about being blown off for over 2 weeks. If this company is customer satisfaction oriented .... they definitely didn't show it in my case. From the reviews I had read I was expecting a top notch company, but what I got was far from it. I will post exactly what transpired in a future post, but if you are looking for a good and timely service company.....you may want to skip this one. Just trying to save someone from the nightmare I went through!!!!
