I had a great experience with my pest control technician, Jyron. He texted ahead of time and arrived right on schedule. Jyron took the time to go over my initial service treatment and explain my contract clearly, making sure I understood everything. He also answered all of my questions thoroughly and addressed my concern about earwigs in the laundry room. He was easy-going, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate his attention to detail and great customer service!

Jamal from Pro Active Pest Control was great to work with! He was friendly, efficient, and fast, while also taking the time to accommodate our requests which we really appreciated. It took us a minute to get our dogs out of the house, but Jamal had texted ahead of time to let us know when he was coming and waited patiently until we were ready to vacate. He made the whole process so easy, was very communicative, and overall gave us a wonderful experience.

Nichole was amazing. She was nice and super friendly. Very professional. She did not waste time getting to work and it put my mind at ease having her for our first service. She was very knowledgeable and confident in her work. We appreciated her time and service!

We had our first consultation today and our tech Samuel was happy to answer all of our questions. Samuel explained everything he was spraying and the reason for it. He took his time around the house, letting us know where the traps were placed and even recommended certain traps due to our location. Great guy to talk to, great service. Wife and I are glad to have subscribed for this service.

They tended to the needs of my home regarding pest control, answered all my questions, and shared some knowledge with me around pest control to maintain a pest free home. I’ve been with ProActive since 2021 and left for a few months during 2024. Decided I wanted to go back to their services after deciding to not self maintain my home on my own. I did shop around and get quotes to see if I could get better service at a slightly cheaper price. Proactive price wise is the best I found. Other carriers quoted me, then quoted again to try to get my business, but in the end I stuck with Proactive because their customer service has always been 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. No back and forth with pricing (Even when I was a new customer) - I’m a returning customer. Very transparent with pricing and wanting to do business. Since 2021, I’ve never experienced any missed appointments or bad service. I’m happy with sticking with Proactive and I wouldn’t recommend any other company based on my experience of 4 years Thank you again Collin Samuel and Proactive. We've had Pro Active for a bit over a year now and my husband and I are very happy with their excellent service they always provide. We normally get Jeffrey and he does and excellent job. Would definitely recommend this Pest Control company if you are in need of one :)
