Our tech Benjamin did a great job with the application and clean up. Afterwords he walked around the property with me to discuss potential warning signs of any return activity. Overall very professional and I would recommend.

Benjamin was very professional. We sprayed inside and out this time. You wouldn't have even known he was in the house, he was efficient and not at all intrusive. When he entered the house he made friends with our dog and made sure she was comfortable with him. Excellent service.

Allen sent notification he was coming along with his picture which was really great to know who was come for service. He also greeted me upon arrival. Clarified as to why he was here and to let me know if I needed any further assistance to notify. Very nice and personable.

I reached out this company for a QUOTE ONLY, the guy ran me some numbers, told me about their quarterly package. I said I would be interested but wanted someone to actually come out and view the potential problem first. He scheduled me for the following week for an estimate, however I chose another company and cancelled the estimate the day before. A week later, I get a text as soon as I leave work that someone was arriving soon for treatment. I called immediately and explained I didn't sign up for service and he said "we automatically send someone out on quarterly services." I explained to him I did not sign up and the "service" was cancelled. 2 minutes after I pulled in my driveway a guy is knocking at my door saying from propest saying he is here for the wasp. I never even called about wasp (it was termites) let along would go with a company that 'automatically' sends people out without homeowner verification. This further confirms my choice NOT to go with this company.

Allen let us know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He was doing a repeat application at our request and was very thorough. Always friendly whenever he comes.

We had a fire at our home, and as they were cleaning it out they found bed bugs and roaches inside the walls. The house was totally cleaned out and they came and sprayed for everything inside and out. We're very professional and courteous. Did a fantastic job.

I have been a customer for a few years. I battled ants in and around the kitchen for years before starting this service and I have not had any problems since Pro Pest started their regular treatments. I do not have an issue with spider crickets (I don’t know if that’s why they’re called but that’s what they look like) in my basement since starting this service. Pro Pest always comes when scheduled and very communicative if they have to reschedule for any reason. They’re prompt to respond if I call in for any additional treatments. Jamal did the last treatment and was wonderful, friendly, and on time.
