**Formal Review Regarding Procare Pest Control Services** On Friday, August 15, 2025, inspectors from the Georgia Department of Agriculture conducted an on-site inspection of my property to review and document damage resulting from unauthorized entry of Procare's technician and activity by Procare Pest Control on Friday, July 18, 2025. I previously communicated these concerns to John Ely, Owner of Procare Pest Control, several weeks ago. Despite terminating my service with Procare months earlier due to unsatisfactory performance, the company entered my property without consent, removed bait trays originally installed by a prior provider, and left multiple holes in my yard. The original trays were never replaced. It is my position that Procare Pest Control operates in a manner that is unprofessional, unethical, and potentially in violation of applicable consumer protection and contractual laws. Their practices appear to include: 1. **Unauthorized Entry and Trespassing** – Accessing my property without prior notice or permission, and when asked to leave. 2. **Destruction and Removal of Property** – Removing equipment that was not their original installation and not replacing with original trays or refilling holes. 3. **Failure to Perform Contractual Duties** – Neglecting to replace or repair equipment and property as required and insisting the consumer remain in an agreement where duties are breached and services compromised ongoing by Procare. 4. **Unfair and Deceptive Practices** – Engaging in pricing and contractual methods that may violate Georgia consumer protection statutes and intimidation tactics and threats to make you remain a customer of theirs. I intend to pursue this matter until a satisfactory resolution is achieved. I reserve all rights to file formal complaints with state regulatory agencies, pursue civil remedies, and share my experience with other consumers to prevent similar harm. If any party requires my documentation or direct contact information to escalate their unjust matters with Procare to the highest regulatory or legal level, I will provide it upon request. The two technicians did an excellent job. These guys were super thorough. They made sure to knock down all spider websites and wasps nest. Sprayed inside and out. Sprayed my attic and basement. Could see an immediate reduction in mosquitos. Worth every penny.

Drake visited us for the appointment and was very professional! He throughly checked all the units and kept us updated. We have been with procare since the past couple of years and no complaints!

Procare deserves an excellent service award. We have been with Procare for about 7 years and they have always been exceptional in taking care of our pest control. When you need them to come back between scheduled appointments, they are prompt to respond and never try to charge more than your contracted price. I have been very pleased with them. Teey hire top-notch staff, and I have been very pleased with each technician they have sent. Each has been professional, respectful, and willing to go above and beyond to help with any pest related problems.

Shellie Boyd was awesome. Showed up on time. Was polite and professional. Installed a few more termite traps and she noticed some yellow jackets nests, one by our front walk. Since we also have the pest control plan she volunteered to tackle those. Bee suited, she sprayed, dug, and vacuumed up two nests. My wife said ‘it’s rare that you feel like you get more than your moneys worth’. With Procare we have. Great job Shellie, thank you.
