I’ve been using Professional Pest Management for over four years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with their service. They’ve taken care of two different apartment communities I’ve managed, and the experience has been consistently excellent. What really sets them apart is the way Paul, the owner, genuinely values his relationships with clients — it shows in every interaction. I also want to give a special shoutout to Michael, one of their techs. He originally stepped in as a fill-in for our regular technician, but I was so impressed by how thorough, professional, and upbeat he was that I asked for him to be our permanent tech. Overall, I’m really pleased with the quality and consistency of their work, and I’m looking forward to continuing the partnership for years to come.

Our experience has been great. We hired them for rodent exclusion and Mark was extremely thorough to make sure all openings were sealed. We really appreciate his hard work. The techs that come for the monthly spraying are very good also.

Super happy with our service from Professional Pest Management. Very friendly, knowledgeable technicians who listen to, and approach any concerns we have. They are always cognizant of our pets and remind us how long before they should be allowed outside again. They ALWAYS shut the gate! Dog owners... you know how much this matters. When I've needed to contact via phone for reschedule or to ask a question, the office staff is friendly and helpful. We've been using this company for about 6 years.

They are a very nice company. Small, but seems to be growing. Customer service is a Plus Alex the service guy we have is awesome. He is very assertive and 100% customer service priority. I used to love this company. We have used them for an annual service ever since we bought our house in 2014. Their technicians have always been friendly and helpful, and their service was so good, we wouldn't need to call them out again until the following year. This was great for us since we have small children and dogs. I am always hesitant to use chemicals at my house (more so since I have been battling Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma), but I was okay with once a year. I called today to schedule service and the scheduler who answered the phone was terribly rude and short with me and acted extremely put out that I was requesting an annual service. She reluctantly said she would do it then put me on hold and got, what I assume was her supervisor on who told me they no longer do annual services. I really love to support local businesses, but after the way I was treated on the phone today, I will be looking elsewhere for pest management services. Update: The staff at Professional Pest contacted me yesterday and they were amazing. They sent out a technician in the afternoon and allowed me to do a one time service. Our service technician, Jesse, was great and was very considerate of our pets. I'm so glad I can continue to use this company, they really do a thorough job! - Rebecca Cortez
