I signed on with William to remove the wasp nest around my house. I informed William that I needed service only for a month because I was moving out of state. He told me over the phone since you will be moving out of state and we don't service in that area you can cancel and will not be charged or penalized. So after my first service, I called to cancel. No one would let me cancel. They told me they have a department that has to do it and they will call me to do so. Two days go by and no call so I call them. At this point, I'm frustrated because everyone is giving me the run around. I finally got on the phone with the department that is in charge of cancellations but he tells me I got a deal and if I cancel I have to pay a fee since I signed a contract. I informed him, I know I signed a contract but as I was signing it William verbally told me on the phone Usually you would be charged a fee but since you are moving out of state you won't be. I informed them of that but they kept saying I can email the contract you signed so I'm like can you call William or talk to him he told me I could cancel and won't be charged. Now they are trying to put $150 on my credit and send it to collection in 30 days if I don't pay their fee super frustrating and because William wanted to make a sale off me he lied and did not put notes on my account like he informed me he would and im going back and forth with this company for two weeks. I have requested the audio of our phone conversation so I can call my bank and the Better Business Bureau to file and report fraud. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM! ON TOP OF ALL THIS THEIR TECH WHO CAME OUT THE FIRST TIME DID NOT TREAT THE WASP NEST SO I HAD TO CALL AGAIN TO GET IT TREATED AND GET THE WASP NEST THEY MISSED. THEY ARE SNEAKY AND WILL TRICK YOU INTO A CONTRACT!!! Service was half done. Because of this, I will never sign up with a pest control company again. You have been warned!!!!! Chris did an awesome job at my new home in Salisbury today. I had been using proforce at my previous home in Kannapolis but had the service transferred. Great customer service on the phone and in person and they always do a thorough job!

ProForce consistently services our home and has done an amazing job of keeping both the inside and outside under control. They always off creative ideas and proactive ways to coexist with the bugs. Ryan is an outstanding rep for the company and good people to have as an agent.

They have great service and Jocelyn was great! She even made sure my two puppies were safe and sound before she started in my backyard, All of my concerns were addressed and my needs were were met beyond expectations.

ProForce Pest Control is on their game. Timothy came out for an interior service as we now have a few bugs making their way in to our home. My girls are not having it. Timothy was helpful, efficient, professional and kind. He was able to perform the service quickly and allow us to get back to the work day with very little delay. Right on time and ready to go!
