Hi, BEAWARE!!! Do not trust!!! I was not at all happy with this company and how they have responded. I had pigeon problems and there was pigeon noise coming in living room from chimney, so I called Matthew to come down and have a look. He came down and showed me a picture of an egg being in the chimney so I called him to do the job. He says all his work has a warranty of 5 years. Matthew said they will have push down the egg and they will clear the mess in the living room, this was the only way of removing the egg Matthew said. Also, he would clean windows before putting spikes. He sent a guy named Sean down to do the job. None of this was done and I told him there is still pigeon noise after a few weeks in the chimney from the living room and birds were sitting on the chimney which I sent photo of. I also asked if they had removed egg as he says, as they didn’t push down like he said and where was the after photo of egg being removed and where did they put it as Sean came down with nothing. Since I paid him, he is not responding even though there is a warranty and he has now blocked me. Are this actions of a professional company? He took my money which I paid in good faith and trusted him but he has yet not replied to or sent a photo that egg was removed and why is there still a bird sound coming in the living room chimney. I think to take money of a vulnerable 88 year old is not right and not to respond so what is he giving a warranty for exactly?

I’ve been plagued by pigeons in the last year and the balcony was a health hazard. The team did an amazing job of deep cleaning the balcony and getting it accessible again. They then put up netting to stop access to the pigeons. I must admit I was worried about what the netting would look like, especially as I have a river view. But I didn’t need to worry, it looks so slick and it doesn’t detract from the view at all. From a distance you can barely even see the netting (see photo from kitchen). The team also installed a zip so I can open the netting like curtains which is a perfect solution. I am so happy with everything the team did- would recommend them to anyone!

Matthew did an amazing job cleaning my balcony and removing the pigeons and nest. He even gave some of the old wooden furniture on the balcony a clean with the pressure washer. He was friendly and professional. Very satisfied with the service we received, thank you again!
