I'm not sure how all these other reviews got high marks. Story goes the owner Nicholas was on his way when he got a flat tire promised me and my mom he'd be there 8 am. I waited 3.5 hours in my recliner no phone call no text and come to find out since we are the tenants he told landlady he would not come out because he claims to judge me and tell me he doesn't want to see us. No warnings etc he claims to be a professional he need to go to school and learn what appropriate customer service really is. Call him at your own risk. We found a better person and better deal etc. Lesson to be learned just because he has great reviews does not mean he's right for the job. Professional s deal with way. Worse people and still get their business in my life of work I get scratched kicked punched yelled at and still do my job. I apologize to everyone he needs to grow a set. Like I said trust him at your own risk. Thank you.

Jesse, Nicholas, or ALL of Technician’s and of course Vanessa in the office are like a fine oiled machine. They all work perfectly together. Their customer service is spectacular. Jesse is super knowledgeable about everything. We have needed their services for everything he does AND if he does not do the service he has amazing recommendations for you not to worry. He can do it all.

I can not thank Miguel enough for all this help. We had Termiex pest control company come and give us a report that said that I have beetles in the basement. The report did not make sense, and I knew we did not have beetles. I called Miguel and asked for a second opinion. He squeezed me into his schedule because I was on a very crunched timeline. Miguel did not find beetles and helped us to get us to clear section one. Miguel is fast and professional, and I would strongly recommend him.

We got recommended Prolific Pest Control by a friend who had the same problem we were having, ants!. We got an appointment within 3 days of my call. Nicholas showed up and assessed the situation and applied the treatment. He explained what we should do to make the treatment more effective and what we should know for safety as it pertains to us and our pups. The level of professionalism was top notch, and he was courteous and had a mask correctly on the entire time and social distanced. We could not be happier, I highly recommend this service if you have pests, or critter problems.
