Thomas returned today to remove 3 bat exclusion devices and install three ridge guards. Haven’t had any sign of bats since exclusion devices were installed 4 weeks ago. Once again, Thomas arrived early (good thing), was very polite and professional, and did a great job with the installation. We have a 12/10 pitch so not an easy task by any means. We couldn’t be happier with the exceptional support received by Prompt Action, and the outstanding service provided by Thomas.

I don't know why this is coming out with my daughter's name but this is really coming from Nancy Moyer. I had a bat infestation this summer and it was scary because of health implications but the idea my attic was filled with bats was more than I coulld handle. Prompt Action was a life saver after attempts from several other companies. I found them to be quick, thorough, fair in pricing and were sincerely interested in my well-being. In other words, they were concerned that a 78 year old, widow who has no experience with bat extermination would get a fair deal. Dillon is an amazing young man. He did my bat extermination in August as well as mice extermination. Today he came out and checked for mice. All good. He checked for the bats. There were a few bat poops on my step. He caulked just to be on safe side. I would highly recommend. I will be talking to them in spring for my annoying wasps

I called several Pest control businesses and was so disappointed in their knowledge or willingness to solve a problem with yellow jackets in the attic of my girlfriend's house in Shakopee. I contacted Prompt Action Pest Control from the number on their website and found them not only knowledgeable but Dillon, their PRO rep who services Shakopee willing to solve the problem. Dillon came and not only sprayed both inside and outside the house but took time to find the nest and destroy it. He was also very friendly and easy to work with. She now has a new Pest Control company to take care of her needs.
