Tim was great. He went above and beyond to help with the application of mosquito and tick treatment. We seen more ticks this spring and he was able to treat the areas around the home that are especially harder to treat.

I am deeply impressed by Zack's exceptional service. Today, his professionalism, dedication, and genuine care truly won me over. My home was suddenly overrun by large flies, and Zack arrived to tackle the issue. He meticulously inspected every bait station in my basement and attic, discovering that most were completely empty—a surprise to him. Demonstrating his expertise and sense of responsibility, he not only refilled them but also proactively replaced sticky traps with more effective rat traps to address the root cause. What truly touched me was Zack's thoroughness. He went above and beyond, examining the exterior of my house by running his hands along the concrete foundation and wooden framework to detect any gaps. At times, he even lay on the ground with a flashlight to ensure nothing was overlooked. To my amazement, he identified several large and small crevices—some long and hidden—and sealed them all with steel wool to prevent rodent entry. This took one and a half hours, far exceeding his planned time, yet his commitment never faltered. As he said, "I can't just do half the job; I have to finish it thoroughly to give my clients peace of mind." Those words perfectly embodied his dedication.

After a less than stellar experience with another person, Paul came to address our mouse issue and was absolutely phenomenal! He was very thorough in looking for the entry points from the outside and inside and making sure to address them, as well as putting out bait inside and outside and giving me advice on how to more permanently seal up some of the entry points. He was very nice and patient, and answered all my questions (and there were many!). We already feel relieved after having him here, and while I hope we don’t need them again anytime soon, we will definitely ask for him again if we do.

Paul was great! He was so professional and explained everything he was doing, gave tips on how to assist in getting rid of the mice in my home and just made me feel good knowing we weren’t the only ones experiencing a rodent problem. He knew his stuff and educated us on how they get in and ways to keep them out. He empathized with my fear of them and gave me peace of mind knowing our problem wasn’t as bad as I thought.
