I called this place because it’s a non-profit that’s supposed to help animals. But all they told me was that they don’t accept animals and that I should call somewhere else. It’s really making me question whether these non-profits are actually helping at all. It’s so sad, I called, sent pictures, and no one seemed to care.

Lost my dog Found him next day in Lindon. I checked with Jason several times that day. He called me several times to follow up. Even though we didn't find him in Provo I appreciated Jason showing me he cared.

Officers Swenson and Wilson have responded to my 311 calls several times over the years I've been a resident. Both have been very courteous and professional. They worked to understand and address my concerns in a timely manner. I appreciated the most recent interaction with Officer Wilson, getting to discuss some of the local wildlife that makes this such a special place to live.

They have been really helpful, taking the cats living in our business area to the shelter! They have been coming every day for a week and still working hard to get them to a good home

I called the number because it said they're open, but I almost immediately got sent to voicemail which the automated voice system said they might not call back for DAYS at a time. I was calling because a dog was walking into oncoming traffic and I was worried he was gonna be run over. Just call the non-emergency dishbatch line for Provo and they actully get back to you, and send animal control.
